Heathfield Flowers hold no responsibility for tubers post shipping. Tubers are a living product and we don’t take responsibility for care and growing condition of the tubers once they leave Heathfield Flowers.

Artworks

Please note that all artworks are non refundable.

All care is taken in the packing and transport of your artwork. In the unlikely event your artwork is damaged during transport a replacement artwork will be sent providing the following conditions:

• Please take a photo of the damaged and UN - OPENED package

• And a photo of the damaged artwork

Please email both photos with all your details to krhcreativeartist@gmail.com and we will ship a new artwork to you as soon as possible.
